| About Us |
| "A lawyer's time and advice are his stock in trade."
- Abraham Lincoln, Attorney |
| We have been able to represent new car owners all over the state of North Carolina. We can meet with you in person by appointment or discuss your problems with you over the phone or by email.
Should we agree to represent you, we receive a fee only if you collect. If a lawsuit is not filed, you pay no fee because the manufacturer pays all fees. If a lawsuit is filed, the attorney's fees are paid in part by the manufacturer, and in part by our client on recovery. In most cases, the client does not pay anything! However, cases involving fraud and vehicles over 10,000 pounds require a contingency or retainer fee agreement (percentage of recovery) paid to the law firm. We look forward to working with you. |
